After processing and leaving the warehouse, it usually takes between 14 and 21 days for the items to arrive at their destination. However, it can sometimes take longer.
Please ensure that all orders you place on our website contain correct information as they will be forwarded directly to our processing team. Once an order has been received, we can unfortunately no longer cancel it.
Wrong address details:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct address during the ordering process. Your order will be sent to the exact delivery address you entered. If the address is incorrect or if it changes during the delivery time, we unfortunately cannot refund your money.

If you have spoken to our support team and a refund is possible, all affected items must be shipped to our return address in their original, unused condition.
If an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us before returning it, as it is every customer's responsibility to ensure that all items returned are in a reusable condition. Your name and the order number must be visible in your return.
